Dottie's journey with chocolate began as a creative outlet and quickly evolved into a business that reflects her vibrant personality and deep love of artistry. Her journey into event styling grew naturally from her passion for bringing people together and her love for design. As the founder of Tammy Zelez Photography and the newly launched Editor-in-Chief of The Muse Magazine, Tammy is redefining what it means to empower women through visual and editorial storytelling. Based in Arizona, Tammy specializes in brand and senior photography, capturing the essence of her clients with authenticity and warmth. Her work goes beyond the lens—she builds confidence, celebrates individuality, and creates lasting connections. Whether she’s photographing a young graduate stepping into the next chapter or an entrepreneur ready to elevate her brand, Tammy’s mission is clear: to help people see themselves in their best light. This April marks an exciting milestone in Tammy’s journey with the launch of The Muse Magazine, a national publication and community dedicated to supporting female entrepreneurs. As Editor-in-Chief, Tammy leads a collective of trailblazing women who share insights, inspiration, and real-world advice to help others grow and succeed. The Muse is more than a magazine—it’s a movement where women uplift one another and expand their reach beyond local boundaries. Tammy’s commitment to empowering women is deeply rooted in her own experiences as a business owner and creative. She understands the challenges and triumphs that come with building something meaningful, and she brings that empathy into every project she touches. Through her photography, editorial work, and leadership, Tammy fosters spaces where women are seen, heard, and celebrated. Julia Winter
Julia Winter is a visionary entrepreneur, celebrated jewelry designer, and one of the founding members of The Phoenix Women’s Collective. As the creative force behind Jewel Ya, she has spent over two decades crafting timeless, versatile jewelry that resonates with women seeking elegance and everyday wearability. Julia’s journey from corporate executive to creative entrepreneur is a testament to her courage, adaptability, and deep commitment to community After earning degrees from both Arizona State University and the University of Arizona, Julia began her career in technology sales and management. However, following the birth of her second son, she sought a more fulfilling path that would allow her to balance family life with her creative passions. In 2003, she took a leap of faith and launched Jewel Ya from her dining room table, hosting trunk shows and cultivating personal relationships with clients. Jewel Ya quickly gained a loyal following for its signature designs, which blend 14k gold-filled and sterling silver metals with freshwater pearls, gemstones, and hand-hammered textures. Julia’s pieces are known for their mix-and-match versatility, allowing customers to layer, stack, and personalize their jewelry to suit any occasion. Her commitment to quality and timeless style has made Jewel Ya a staple in the wardrobes of women across the Valley and beyond.
